However, if that is the case please read below how to do so.

My return policy is following the UK Government guidelines.You can have a refund if you have told me within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to cancel.
You have then 14 days to return the goods once you have told me. I must refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

I can accept returns on unopened and unused soaps only. Goods that arrive in an unusable condition will not be refunded.

I will also refund the original postage cost but not the cost of the return.
